Facebook. Love it or not… it’s here to stay. Facebook has devised a new security guide for parents, teens and educators, or everyone. It’s good to read this guide for yourself but also read it with your children. It has a lot of common sense in it- whether you use FB or not.

What's for tea: August

Confession time: I have not followed a menu plan since Abi & Mr. H announced their engagement. I have barely cooked. We’ve been making do, but it has taken a toll on our bodies. Last week I started easing back into cooking and preparing fixed lunches. I take time with these things. I am, by nature, highly unorganised. I take some time to find my groove and whilst I’m in it everything is great. However it doesn’t take much to knock me out of my groove and the engagement/wedding did just that. So this is the first menu plan in quite a few weeks. (And it’s an off-pay week as well, so I’m doing okay)
