Well I&#039;m back to not running at the moment due to my knee. Just last week I managed to get myself into a jog but it&#039;s a very controlled one. But that&#039;s okay because being fit, healthy and strong is much more than just running! (Unless you&#039;re Shauna maybe  :-D   )

Yes the progress is definitely slower than it was 10 years ago but it is progress nevertheless!

Sarah- oh goodness, hiphop aerobics? You definitely have more energy then me! The thought of this makes me shudder...then again I&#039;m not the most coordinated person and always struggled a little with aerobics. But good on you!   :rotfl:]]></description>
