The free study guide looks great! I haven't heard of the book "Training Hearts..." but I am interested to look into that one as well.

For Bible study, Lauren and I love doing the little books like you would use for a small bible study group (can't remember their name) but the one we have on the go atm is about the women of the Old Testament. As a family, we have been doing the book of Joshua, from the same studybook series I mentioned. (They are usually around $8 from Word or Koorong). Make for good discussions and searching out the Word I find :)

Hi Susan
Hope you find a new home soon. It must be stressful.
Rachel and I are working through a book called, "Growing Little Women" by Donna J Miller, capturing teachable moments with your daughter.
I bought it from Barb Shelton's website.

Hi Susan,

I didn't know you were moving - hope all goes well and hope you find a house soon.

For my teens and Bible study, wee have been reading through the Acts of the Apostles - started a few weeks after easter, the story of the church and its growth after the resurrection. We are not using a study guide per se but are going throgh the chapter by chapter questions in the homeschool book Designing Your Own Classical Curriculum. I think the author has the questions listed for grade 7 - but we are all doing this together.

Thanks for the tips re the free study guide!
