I use the carcass - I usually buy organic whole chickens then after I have cut the meat from the carcasses (and frozen it for later use) I make the stock. I had not heard of adding some vinegar to the stock though! I did that last weekend and shall continue now I know of the benefits.

Hi Jenny,
Have you been using chicken carcass for your stock or something else? I've found the carcass to be cheapest...I don't get much meat from it but that doesn't bother me as I only want the stock.

wrt Cyndi Omeara- I have Changing mind, Changing Health or something like that. Have you used her health mox to add to bread? We call it our hippy bread.

Hope you are all well...we're pretty good. Fairly busy but thats good...I'm not complaining.

Glad to hear you are settling so well back in SA! Really funny, but over the last month I too have been making my own chicken stock! Same here - everyone says things taste so much better. I'm getting a lot out of reading Cyndi O'Meara. Have you read her health books? The recipe one is excellent - very Aussie, very doable.
Say hi to the bunch!
Jenny

First...to have my blog and orderly in the same sentence is oxymoronic!

Um, neither Abi or I dripped with coconut oil...how much did you use?  I just put about 1tsp on the ends of my hair but Abi has long hair and she used a fair bit more. Plus she needs a trim badly.

Tehee, I have since made my teen daughter and teen son do an OCM treatment on their face. They weren't too keen on it but I made them. Heheee, wicked mother that I am eh?

Well, I'd be interested to hear how your hair and face goes after using it for awhile. maybe you could do with using a little less?

Next week I will be back on the "healthy living" lifestyle and ditch the craft. The week after I will go to India and become a missionary. It makes life exciting
