For an exemption for registration in NSW requirements are the same as for registration. BoSTES considers them both the same.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[I know this is an ancient post (as far as the blogosphere goes) but I found it linked in your Aussie Homeschool post... very interesting and food for thought as we are months away from the time when our oldest turns six (ok so it&#039;s 8mths away but we have about 6m to decide).

In NSW they have a provision for you to notify the state as an unregistered homeschooler (and that you don&#039;t register for religious reasons).  Do you think it&#039;s much better?
