If you look on the &#039;net you will find thousands of exercises to use them for. However, you can basically mimic most exercises that use free weights as well! You can get a really great upper body workout...and much of the lower body and abs done as well. For about $20!]]></description>

I was trained to use resistance bands in a sports injury rehab place....they are excellent...extremely gentle and soothing.....

And wonder of wonders along with aquatherapy my back was healed!......

Yahhhhh.....

But I have only used them in that context, I must do a google search and find some exercises and incorporate them...maybe while I sit and do school...now that would be NEAT.....
