					<description><![CDATA[I&#039;d like to hear how you go with your new nutritional regime.  It is hard to believe she could recommend something more, ah, nutritious than the green smoothies an&#039; all that good stuff.  Are you sleeping?

I&#039;ve been a bit more dedicated to exercise lately, and feel better generally for it, but there have been times in the past when going to the gym in the morning left me like a zombie for the rest of the day.  I don&#039;t think you can just tack serious exercise on to an already busy life and feel better for it if you lack sleep, have more than usual amounts of stress, etc.  NOT that I am making excuses for you to slack off, but maybe you need to look at how you sleep, or maybe you need to make the exercise gentle while your life is having a hectic turn?

You know I&#039;m just having a big ramble here, ignore anything that doesn&#039;t fit ;-)
