Hahaa, isn't it annoying when your name is already taken? I have been HomeGrownKids for nearly 12 years... and I never bought the domain name for it. Five years ago when I looked for it, it was already taken :(

I have my name stated here on the site as well... but I don't think it gets looked at much. I get LOTS of questions about the name- it's a rare person who knows what it means and how to say it.

He gives the barren woman a home, making her the joyous mother of children. Praise the Lord!

I love it Rosemary! Praise the Lord.

Hi Aaron,
Firstly, thanks for stopping by and commenting! Secondly, I really like your name, although I will confess to believing it was only a boy's name. (I guess you'd be rich if you had a dollar for every time you've heard that though). Thirdly, I LOVE what your name means. Fourthly, I learn something new every day. A group of rhino's is called a crash? I never knew that!

Excuse me a minute... popping over to your blog now ;)

I think I also looked up kerugma when I first saw your blog, either that or I may have read something about it earlier from you:)
For me I state on my blog why I chose its name....it comes from psalm 113:9 a scripture I stood upon in faith believing for a child for many years.....the scripture now being fulfilled I just had to name my blog after it:) I also want to add the spelling is not a mistake, the right way to spell it was already taken in blog land :(

Kerugma... I like it very much! I especially like the meandering through... MESS! ha! That's my heart's cry, to show everyone "Look at what God can do through my mess!"
I chose Roses and Rhinos for my devo blog. Roses to remind me that I'm made beautiful in Christ. Rhinos was inspired by a sermon series called "Crash," which is what you call a group of rhinos. They can only see 30' ahead of them, and they can run up to 30 mph. Haha. They can make quite the mess! While we can be very near-sighted, when we abide in Christ, and rely on HIS strength in our weakness, the body of Christ is unstoppable. I love how Abba works in our lives. [YAY ABBA!!!! You are so good to us, Father!]
