- 3 Weet-Bix or Vita-Brits
- 1 TB carob powder
- 1 TB Coconut oil
- 1 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- Pinch or two of Stevia or natural sweetener
- 1/2 cup sultanas, raisins, prunes or figs.
Place all ingredients except fruit into blender and process.
Stir in the dried fruit and pulse lightly.
Using a teaspoon, measure out amount and roll into balls. The mixture should be firm and not too wet.
Once formed, roll in coconut.
Chill in fridge.
