I am a Certified Trim Healthy Mama Coach. In my work as a THM Coach, I encourage, educate and support my clients towards successful weight loss and improved overall wellness.
The THM approach does not include a one-way solution to weight loss. This isn’t about you becoming a completely different person by existing on shakes, powders, potions or tablets. Rather, I’ll work with you to guide you towards healthier choices to support your needs.
The coaching program can include meal plan development, nutritional education, emotional support, accountability and assessments.
I can work with you in the comfort of your own home (if you live in Mildura, Victoria Australia) or online.
I’m a Purist wannabe in thought and principle but a Drive Thru Sue in reality, which looks very interesting. I’m interested in blood sugar levels, general health and adrenal fatigue, perimenopause/menopause and other auto immune conditions. I have been an Admin on the Facebook THM In Australia group for over five years.
I was a little skeptical about Trim Healthy Mama. I thought it was too similar to other ways of eating that meant deprivation or hyped up fad. I was wrong! I started THM in Dec. 2012 for health reasons. Along the way though, I’ve lost 18kgs. I found a few of them again due to autoimmune conditions and perimenopause but i’m adjusting to that and enjoying life at my Queen weight.
I can’t wait to get started in helping you with your own THM journey. I can assist you with meal reviewing, meal planning, grocery shopping, figuring out how to eat THM with a family, helping you to balance your blood sugar levels or any other way you might need a little extra help as you strive towards finding your trim and your healthy.
