That is so fantastic! How rewarding for you! I love exercising and I have been doing hip hop aerobics..I love dance! xxx
Well done! Isn’t it a great feeling?
Well done Susan!
CONGRATULATIONS!
Way to go Susan….sadly after one year of living out of the city, far far from any treadmill or walking path….my observations are…sadly…
the exact opposite of yours.
Thankfully, our new home is in close proximity to the YMCA. 🙂
Congratulations on your great achievements!!!!
Thanks groovy gals!
Yes the progress is definitely slower than it was 10 years ago but it is progress nevertheless!
Sarah- oh goodness, hiphop aerobics? You definitely have more energy then me! The thought of this makes me shudder…then again I’m not the most coordinated person and always struggled a little with aerobics. But good on you! :rotfl:
Go Girl!!
Susan, I know this is an old post, but I just had to say that, except for #7 (my decrepit, arthritic knees and spine won’t let me run), I’ve noticed all these things too! 🙂
Hi Sheryl,
Well I’m back to not running at the moment due to my knee. Just last week I managed to get myself into a jog but it’s a very controlled one. But that’s okay because being fit, healthy and strong is much more than just running! (Unless you’re Shauna maybe 😀 )
You’ve done such a great job! YOu should be very happy with yourself… and your side benefits 😉
Thanks, Susan! I AM pleased…and all the encouragement and support that I’ve gotten from friends has certainly helped! 😉
